Investigating - We have noticed there are some issues with the Santander consent journey and have narrowed this down to Safari users.

Current suggested workaround:
OpenWrks are seeing the Santander consent journey working successfully using Chrome and using the Santander mobile app so we would suggest any customers to use one for these methods instead of Safari.

Will update this ticket when we know more from Santander.

We've seen a reduction in errors over the past few hours but will continue to monitor the situation.

We've seen a sharp reduction in errors but will continue to monitor the situation.

Identified - We are currently seeing intermittent failures across APIs for Lloyds Banking Group brands.

Our latest update from LBG (10:56 am UTC) is that an on-going change is causing intermittent errors and that these errors should be resolved once this change is complete.
