Update - We have received some additional information regarding this issue from Barclays.

They have confirmed this issue is one that will not affect the app consent journey. This error will only be present when using a browser consent journey.

They are continuing to investigate this as a priority and hope to have this resolved soon.

Investigating - Barclays have informed us that some Barclaycard Personal customers are experiencing issues when trying to consent to share their data.

When logged into the Barclaycard consent journey the affected users will be presented with the error message 'Something went wrong'.

Barclays are investigating this as a priority.

Resolved - Barclays have confirmed that in the early hours of 24/06/20 they were observing some instability with their API.

They confirmed this instability was resolved and while monitoring we have seen a return to normal service since 06:21 yesterday morning (24/06/20).

Monitoring - Barclays have confirmed there was some instability this morning. We have not had any of the errors since 06:21 today (24/6/20). We will continue to monitor until tomorrow.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating - We have noticed there are some issues with the Santander consent journey and have narrowed this down to Safari users.

Current suggested workaround:
OpenWrks are seeing the Santander consent journey working successfully using Chrome and using the Santander mobile app so we would suggest any customers to use one for these methods instead of Safari.

Will update this ticket when we know more from Santander.
