In progress
HSBC released part of this change last night.

-HSBC Personal journey is active.
-HSBC Business journey is not active yet.
-HSBC are working on getting their HSBC Business Open Banking consent journey active – this will form their next release which is due today.

The current status on OpenWrks for new consents:

HSBC Personal: Selecting this option will direct the user straight to the HSBC Personal customer journey.

What next:

HSBC are forcing a breaking systems upgrade to their Open Banking service that will impact HSBC Business customers.

Once HSBC roll out their release, HSBC Business customers will not be able to access the HSBC consent journey. OpenWrks will work with HSBC following their release to ensure this is unavailable for the shortest time possible.

We will update this incident when we have more information (the scheduled start time is not accurate).

Our customers would have received an email earlier in the week about this but, if you have any questions, want to discuss in more detail or require assistance please do not hesitate to contact us via [email protected].
